1, Requirement & Quote Alignment

Customer submits needs (drawings/samples/specs like voltage/operating temp, quantity).

Cactus assigns a experienced sales engineer to confirm details via call/email, then provides itemized quotes for samples (material/labor breakdown) and mass production (with bulk discounts). 

1-3 Days
2, Sample Fee & Drawing Confirm

Customer reviews and pays sample fee after receiving Cactus’ PI (with order number/bank info).

Cactus designs 2D/3D drawings complying with IPC/WHMA-A-620, shares for review, and finalizes once customer confirms via signed form.

3-7 Days
3, Sample Production & Validation

Cactus makes samples with certified materials, conducts 3 checks (visual/electrical/dimensional), attaches a test report, and ships via DHL/Fedex/UPS (with tracking).

Customer tests samples for fit/performance, then approves or requests revisions.

20-30 Days
4, Mass Production Payment & Execution

Cactus issues production PI (specifying quantity, total cost, payment term, and 20-30-day production timeline).

Customer verifies details (e.g., delivery address) and pays the advance securely.

Cactus then procures materials per customer requirements—either original equipment manufacturer (OEM) materials or alternatives (certification is optional, based on customer needs)—and selects manual, semi-automated, or fully automated production lines, with 10% in-process sampling and 100% final inspection.

3-30 Days
5, Product Shipment

Cactus packs finished products in bags (per PI requirements: e.g., 50pcs/ctn), arranges shipping—air freight (typically 3-7 days transit time) or sea freight (typically 20-30 days transit time)—as requested by the customer, provides full documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading/B/L) and a tracking number, then sends a shipment notification to the customer.

1 Day + 1 Year
6, Delivery Confirm & After-Sales

Customer receives goods, checks carton quantity/packaging integrity, confirms receipt via email, and reports issues within 3 days.

Cactus provides 1-year warranty (covers material/workmanship defects, offers rework/replacement/refund) and 24h after-sales support via email/phone.
